1. Eligibility Criteria:
– Participants must have completed all requirements of the PowerPhD program, including the submission of assignments for the 5 modules listed in the curriculum and the successful completion of the research project as per the requirements of Module 6.

2. Assignment Submission:
– Participants are required to submit assignments for each of the 5 modules in the curriculum within the specified deadlines. Assignments must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the course material and showcase critical thinking and analytical skills.

3. Research Project Requirements:
– The research project for Module 6 must be completed according to the guidelines provided by the program director.
– Participants are expected to conduct original research on a relevant business topic, applying the research methods and techniques learned throughout the program.
– The research project should demonstrate the participant’s ability to formulate research questions, design a research methodology, collect and analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions.

4. Evaluation Process:
– Assignments and the research project will be evaluated by faculty members based on predefined criteria, including clarity of expression, depth of analysis, relevance of content, and adherence to academic standards.
– Participants must achieve a passing grade on all assignments and the research project to be eligible for the PowerPhD Certification.

5. Certification Award:
– Upon successful completion of all program requirements, participants will be awarded the PowerPhD Certification.
– The certification acknowledges the participant’s mastery of research skills and their ability to apply them to real-world business challenges.

6. Appeals Process:
– Participants who believe their assignments or research project evaluations were unfairly assessed may submit an appeal to the program director within a specified timeframe.
– Appeals will be reviewed by an independent panel of faculty members, and decisions will be made based on the merits of the case.

7. Conferral of Certification:
– Certificates will be conferred to participants during a formal ceremony or distributed electronically, as per the discretion of the program administration.
– Participants will also receive a transcript detailing their performance in each module and the research project.

8. Maintenance of Certification:
– Participants who have been awarded the PowerPhD Certification are encouraged to engage in lifelong learning and professional development to maintain their skills and knowledge relevance.
– The program administration may offer opportunities for continuing education, networking events, and resources to support certified participants in their career advancement.

9. Program Integrity:
– The PowerPhD Certification program is committed to upholding academic integrity and ensuring the quality and rigor of its certifications.
– Any instances of academic misconduct or violations of program regulations will be investigated thoroughly, and appropriate disciplinary actions will be taken, which may include revocation of certification.

10. Amendment of Regulations:
– The program administration reserves the right to amend or update these regulations as deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner, and affected individuals will be given the opportunity to adjust accordingly.
