1. Membership Eligibility:
– Associate and Fellow membership is open to individuals who have completed the PowerPhD Certification Program or an equivalent qualification recognized by the PowerPhD School.

2. Associate Membership Criteria:
– Individuals who have successfully completed the PowerPhD Certification Program or an equivalent qualification are eligible for Associate membership.
– Associate members must demonstrate a commitment to the values and mission of the PowerPhD School.
– Associate membership is conferred upon completion of the certification program and payment of the associated membership fee.

3. Fellow Membership Criteria:
– Fellow membership is reserved for individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, contributions, and achievements in their respective fields.
– Fellow members are recognized as leaders and ambassadors of the PowerPhD School, representing excellence, innovation, and impact in their professional endeavors.
– Fellow membership may be conferred by invitation from the PowerPhD School’s Board of Directors or through nomination by existing Fellow members.
– Nominees for Fellow membership must undergo a rigorous review process, which may include evaluation of professional achievements, contributions to the field, and alignment with the values of the PowerPhD School.

4. Membership Benefits:
– Associate and Fellow members are entitled to exclusive benefits, including access to networking events, professional development opportunities, and resources.
– Members may use the appropriate designation (Associate or Fellow) to signify their affiliation with the PowerPhD School.
– Members receive priority consideration for speaking engagements, publications, and other opportunities for professional visibility and recognition.
– Members have the opportunity to participate in advisory committees, task forces, and other leadership roles within the PowerPhD School.

5. Membership Fees:
– Membership fees for Associate and Fellow membership are determined by the PowerPhD School’s Board of Directors and are subject to change.
– Membership fees are payable annually and must be paid in full to maintain active membership status.
– Members will be notified of any changes to membership fees in advance of the renewal period.

6. Code of Conduct:
– Associate and Fellow members are expected to adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct and ethical behavior.
– Members must uphold the values and mission of the PowerPhD School and conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and professionalism at all times.
– Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including revocation of membership.

7. Membership Renewal:
– Membership is renewable on an annual basis, subject to payment of the annual membership fee and compliance with membership requirements.
– Members will receive renewal reminders prior to the expiration of their membership term and must submit payment by the specified deadline to maintain active membership status.

8. Termination of Membership:
– Membership may be terminated for non-payment of membership fees, violation of the Code of Conduct, or other reasons deemed appropriate by the PowerPhD School’s Board of Directors.
– Members whose membership is terminated may appeal the decision in writing to the Board of Directors within a specified timeframe.

9. Amendment of Membership Policy:
– The Associate and Fellow Membership Policy may be amended or updated by the PowerPhD School’s Board of Directors as deemed necessary.
– Any changes to the Membership Policy will be communicated to members in writing and will take effect upon approval by the Board of Directors.

10. Enforcement and Interpretation:
– The Associate and Fellow Membership Policy shall be enforced and interpreted by the PowerPhD School’s Board of Directors, whose decisions shall be final and binding.
– Members may seek clarification or guidance on membership matters from the PowerPhD School’s administration or Board of Directors as needed.
