Upon successful completion of the 7 assessments, candidates will be awarded “PowerPhD Certification” and become associate members of the institution.

Overall Assessment:
Participants will be assessed on their ability to understand and apply the principles of management research. Evaluation will focus on their capacity to critically analyze research traditions, identify relevant theories, and contextualize management research in contemporary practice.
